When you look at this year’s Thursday schedule, the quality looks fine. Amazon has the exclusive rights to the entire TNF product starting this season (outside of Weeks 1 and 12, which are on NBC).
This season it looks like Jeff Bezos will be getting even richer. Sometimes, the teams looked good at the beginning of the year, but by the time that TNF matchup was scheduled, both teams were horrible. There were a solid few years where the matchups always seemed to be ugly football. Its novelty wore off quickly as the schedule bounced around between broadcast outlets.
